Help with stain on paint

The other day I washed my car using turtle wax zip wax car and wash. I've used this soap dozens of times before but never had a problem. But for some reason the day after the car wash I noticed a huge white stain on the trunk of my car. The stain is filled with many tiny bubbles. I've tried many things but can't fix it. Any suggestions?
