2004 Buick Rainier Air Suspension

I have a 2004 Buick Rainier. I have noticed sever days this winter where I can come out to start the car and the back end is sitting very low to the ground. Usually when I start the car, the back end will raise back up and I have no issues. This morning, I started the car like usual about 15 minutes before leaving, but the back end never raised. I don't want to drive it like this, but want to know what is going on. Can anyone offer me some suggestions?

Hello! I am not a Buick Rainier owner, but have had experience with vehicles equipped with air suspension. All such vehicles have a compressor driven by the engine to maintain air pressure for the system, and the air suspension itself has lines going to it to feed or bleed air as is required to keep a certain height. So, the possible causes of sagging air bags are always first, leaking bags, lines, fittings or seals, and second when the leak becomes to big, the compressor can't overcome it to maintain pressure and therefore runs all the time trying to keep up. This wears out the compressor itself. Good luck.
