I'm actually curious how Edmunds is going to value this car once they go to sell it. After getting really bashed up and then getting fixed, will Edmunds depreciate it higher due to the not-quite-star-studded Carfax report? Or will they view it as, "Eh, it was fixed by a top-notch insurance covered repair shop while it was less than a year old." How does Edmunds figure in the accidents for their test vehicles? Lately y'all have had a few of them...the TLX, Renegade, & Sedona.

The TLX was provided by the manufacturer. but they did buy the Renegade and the Sedona does not say if they bought it.

The TLX would have been the interesting as far as lost value because the impact was the probably the most severe of the three accidents and they also had an issue with the door after it was repaired.

Sounds to me like he was poking fun at Southern California folk who are convinced of the NEED for AWD in anything but impeccable weather. It's a different world out there man..
