Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? To diagnose the electrical failure you need a scan tool that will access the front control module. The front control module is the fuse block assembly under the hood. Power for the windows and the blower motor comes directly from relays in that module.

The two trouble codes P0513 which is invalid SKIM key and P0627 fuel pump relay circuit would need investigated separately. While the fuel pump relay is in the front control module as well as the accessory relays, a link to why the SKIM code set isn't obvious. By chance did you have a spare key and try it that maybe hasn't been programmed to the car?
