Leasing 2016 WRX! HELP!

1799$ up front 299$/MO 36/12, can get it any cheaper and if so how so, it's a manufacture offer so I'm not sure how much wiggle room the dealer has Also please tell me how to get a better deal what to negotiate and such, I do intent to buy at the end of the lease only reason I'm not financing is because I may change my mind but as of now it is my intention! Please let me know
