Engine Problem
Hi,
I have recently bought a second hand santa fe 2001 model AWD V6. Once on start there is a spark originating from the crank pulley. You can see it sparking with a TICK noise once in every 5 to 10 seconds. Most occasions it continues through out. Funnily though there is no stalling from the engine.
What could this be? I have checked it with the agents that cannot find anything wrong. Could it be that the original engine earth is disconnected?
Please help as it is a worrying thought
