Forester 08 Side Mirror issue

Hi I recently picked up a 2008 Forester L.L. Bean with only 23,000 original miles on it. However one thing that I need to have taken care of is passenger-side mirror. It doesn't adjust or heat and the blinker is not working. Driver side works fine. Any suggestions or ideas greatly appreciated thank you.
