New 2016 Honda Accord remote start problem

I own a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L that has factory remote start. I noticed it does not like to work in the cold. Once the outside temp is ok it works everytime. The dealer cant duplicate it and cant find anything wrong with it. I bought the car in Nov of 16.
