Have a bad wobble from 0-15mph can't figure it out?

i have a 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0l 275,000 miles on it and have a bad wobble from 0-15 and a bad vibration after 20mph. Have new ball joints and new front tires. I think it's coming from the rear. Any suggestions ?

check your rear tires..i have had a couple of rigs where the tread was starting to separate the rear would vibrate at higher speeds( my truck wobble its but around..lol ) and wabble at lower..
