Horn not working on 2008 Impala

I understand that the wire going up to the horn button or membrane in the steering wheel is TAN and the wire going to the horns fro, the horn relay is DARK GREEN.. Can anyone tell me where the tan wire is as it exits the steering column?
Is it in a strip with other wires?

Would also like a schematic of the horn circuit if anyone has one.

    You can get free wiring diagrams at bbbind.com. Can't help you with the wiring location in your column.
