2013 BMW X6 M brake noise

Hello there I hope somebody could help me I have a 2013 BMW X6 M With only 38,000 miles on it and I been bringing this car to the dealership like 5 times for the screetching sound it's really loud when you are backing up or making and stop when I bring it to the dealership they said its normal in all M cars how can be posible than a car worth more than 80,000 dollars make this sound this is a shame for BMW brand and I am really tire of this situation please any advice the car still under factory warranty and they said they need the BMW authorization to replace it can Tu believe it this is incredible any advice please
