    who pays for insurance on them ...the ones that make them? who gets a ticket if its in a wreck?

    Absolutely not. I'll go back to a horse and cart before I'll even think about a self-driving car. There are enough bad features in some cars, already, like adaptive cruise and automatic braking and stop-start engines. Car tech is pretty... questionable, to put it nicely, as it is. Some of it really should be illegal. But self-driving is above and beyond the limit, as well as would completely ruin one of the top reasons to have a car: the fun in driving. No [non-permissible content removed] way.
