Blower motor won't shut off

When turning off the vehicle the blower motor won't shut off unless the fuse is taken out or battery disconnected. What could the issue be?

    It could be the blower motor control module, or its command circuit. Some systems are designed to run for a bit after shutting the car off in order to remove moisture from the plenum.
