9-Speed transmission issues

Is anybody else having issues with the 9-Speed automatic transmission in the Chrysler 200? The transmission is very abrupt in it's shifts, and I can get it to regularly get stuck in 2nd gear (revving to 5500+ rpm) without shifting to 3rd or 4th. There is a relatively steep hill I go down often, with a stop sign at the top. I normally just coast down, and this car will stay in 2nd gear, revving to 5500rpms and going about 35mph. The only way I can get it to shift out of 2nd is to accelerate. I've had the firmware updated, but it still doesn't work properly.
