    Please update this article's info table. Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance has not been "Unlimited" since 12/31/2013. In fact is severely limited now. MBZ car must be under some type of MBZ warranty to obtain courtesy Roadside Assist (or if owned car prior to 2011). They no longer allow courtesy towing to your choice of locations (ie home) within 25 miles and will only tow to authorized MBZ shop and may charge you if you don't do repairs there. Also, the unlock car is now something like $120 (in 2016) unless you also have MBrace coverage.

    Assume MBZ couldn't afford the extra expense for the 5* customer service on all their cars. Understandable, but unfortunate.
