Idle and driving problem

I have a problem where when the car is idle, the RPMs float and the engine/trans seems like it is struggling. To try to fix this issue, I got an oil change, new air filter, and had the transmission  serviced and looked over. After all of this it only helped like 50%. Any idea what kind of problem this is? About a month ago it worked fine. At 49,600 miles and it's a 2008. Thought it could be the map sensor but I have no idea because it seems like a transmission issue to me.
