    As often as a FCA product gets a service recall or needs to be worked on for a warranty repair, it's not surprising they'd take the time to make sure the car looks good with with hood up. Plus, the fact that water has been blowing in under the hood, causing the engine to not want to start, I'm sure a by-product is that it sort of self-cleans.
