    Created an account to clear up this misinformation. BMW is not yet rolling out Android Auto or Apple CarPlay in ANY car, including the new 7-series. This update requires BMW Connected (i.e., NOT Android Auto), and is simply bringing BMW Connected on Android up-to-par with iOS.

    Added application compatibility through BMW Connected does NOT equal Android Auto.
