Rubbing clicking sound when the brakes are applied

I have changed the rotors and pads still hear a clicking rubbing sound when breaking at slow speed (0-30MPG). It does it when going straight or turning to the right. Anyone have any recommendations on what it could be?

Thanks,
Jimmy

Rubbing or clicking are 2 different things. Lot of miles? 4 WD?

    CV joint?

4WD, 98500 miles rubbing at start and clicking within last 10-0. MPH.

At first it sounds like a rotor hitting the dust shield sound. Then it becomes clicking like.
