Lincoln Mark LT transmission problems

Im having problems with my truck. When I take off it stalls and when I put it in reverse it stalls on backing up and my gauge says transmission malfunction. The overdrive light goes off and on.

    Can you have someone pull codes from all of the modules on the car and post them?
