Rpm issue

I am hoping someone has had the same issues I have been having with my 2011 Jeep Liberty. For the last year my rpm will fluctuate from idle down toward zero. The car will feel as if it is going to stall but hasn't. Jeep dealer has replaced many things over the last year but it never corrects the issue. I am having this problem when stopped at lights or while I am just sitting in driveway. Has anyone else had this problem? If so have you been able to fix it and if so how? Please help!
