2004 Pacifica fob won't lock drivers door

The fob unlocks all doors but will not lock the driver door. Must use the key manually. Any tips for troubleshooting?

Related, the sound when the doors auto-lock while driving is quite loud, is this normal?

    Clarifying. It's the Actuator. Can it be lubricated, "fixed" or must it be replaced?
