Rendezvous won't start, strange noise in dash.

04 Rendezvous won't start. Battery light was in for a week. Strange clicking noise in dash stops when I push on break. Replaced starter. Won't even turn over. Any help please.

    Did you figure out this problem my 2005 Buick Rendezvous is doing the exact same thing
