Expedition Torque Converter

I have an 03 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer with the 5.4 v8. I need to change my torque converter, and they are telling me that I need either the straight fir or 45° fit. Nobody seems to know anything without taking it a part. Can anyone help me?
