Driver Assistance Package or Burmester

Down to the wire. Cant afford both of these packages and just cant decide which one is a better choice. Love to hear all of your opinions. Do you think the Standard safety system is adequate (wish the Adaptive Cruise was a standalone option)? Same for the stock stereo.... adequate?
