I have a 2001 Honda Accord 4-door with a V6. Are Accord body parts interchangeable with V4's?

My 2001 Accord rear-ended a truck. It needs a hood, front bumper, grill, radiator and mount frame, two headlights and possibly more. I will know more when I tear it down.
My question are;
Are body parts from accords with a 2.3 or V4 interchangeable?
Are body parts from accords, for the years of 1998 thru 2002 interchangeable?
