I bought this car a month ago, went for an annual service 3 months in advance. 10 days later we updated the tire and alignment with same dealer, I went for a trip to Portugal the next day, from Spain, first day there the car idle was high or was taking more time to reach 750 when cold.
I brought it to the official dealer and upon getting the car back the car accelerate alone now. No error message with OBD , dealer got it 3 times and they have no clue what is going on, Warranty constructor has done nothing since the 7th april except changing the air filter that were changed 15 days ago with annual service.
I bought this car from a French dealer, 2 months ago, what can I do legally? and what if the warranty constructor does not fix it.
