Help With Daughters Car

So daughters bug started running rough on way home throws codes P0113 Intake air temperature sensor. also misfire number 1 cyl and misfire multiple cyls. I tested the ohms on the sensor and is was good but went ahead and replaced it and air filter but didn't fix. Sensor is getting about 4.7 volts. Is a 1.8 turbo car, anyone have a idea what issue might be.
