1997 Chevy Blazer Issues

Ok, so, I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer LS that is having some issues. Issues are:

1. Wipers in the front will "twitch" but wont even go up more than an inch.
2. Rear wiper doesn't work at all.
3. Service Engine Code says misfire in cylinder 4, even after replacing plugs/wires.
4. Rear hatch (window and tailgate) does not open but I can hear the motor/accuator when button is pressed.
5. When steering wheel is locked, horn will sound if pulled/bummed too far to the left.

These are what I'm going through right now with this vehicle that I can think of. ANY information/tips will be very helpful and much appreciated. THANK YOU!
