2007 Chevrolet Tahoe issues

I have a 2007 chevrolet tahoe. Changed the battery and put a new one in. Afterwards the radio will not come on and is completely blank on the front of it, so I know it doesn't need a code. Also, the rear park assist says it is disabled. All I did was put a new battery in. Never had any problems before then. Also, tried disconnecting negative cable for a minute a couple of times but it didn't change any thing. Vehicle is running fine, but I'm pretty frustrated with it. After owning dozens of cars, i have never seen anything as stupid as this. I refuse to take it to a GM dealership and pay money for them to look at it when there was nothing wrong with it prior to putting in a new battery.
Anyone have a solution to this. I noticed everyone tells about their vehicle problems here but very few post their solutions.
