Electrical issues

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an electrical issue. It first started with a headlight that was out. The light started working again but now the dome light will not go off. Also nothing on the passenger side works. Window will not go up and the doors won't lock with the power lock or the remote. Everything else seems to work fine. Any suggestions on where to start looking?
