New recall for steering issues

Received a call today from my dealer that my new Outback had to come in for an inspection of the steering column. A certain number of Outbacks were manufactured with parts not meeting specs. My Outback did fall under the recall and they give me a loaner while they wait for parts. There is also a Stop Sale order until the dealers stock is inspected.

Anyone know what is involved with this replacement?
