    Our 2016 SX gets around 19-20 MPG in a 50-50 mix of city / hwy. Much better than our 16.5MPG in our old 2004 Mercury Monterey. The SX with Tech package has most of the features of the SX-L, but is 200 lbs lighter and has the folding 2nd row seats, and better EPA mileage. It's the sweet spot of the lineup.
