XM radio problem with 2014 Sante Fe sport

Just returned from a long trip. At one point the XM radio became 'stuck' on one channel. The touch pad allowed me to change from XM1 to XM2 and XM3, but the station would not change. I tried hitting the button on the steering wheel as well as the arrows on the radio, but nothing. So for 200 miles I was compelled to regular radio or listen to 80's on 8. I tried turning the radio on and off but no change. Finally we stopped for gas and after a while I turned on the radio again and once again I could change channels. Does anyone know if this is a problem with XM radio or with the Hyundai radio. All the other functions including the nav system and regular radio worked fine.... just could not change XM stations at all. I have had the car for 14 months and have less than 11000 miles on it. Seems too early to have equipment failure. Thanks
