    Wow...can it be? At least one Edmunds staffer is capable of seeing a 15.3 mpg average and realizing that that's a lot of gas, regardless of the fact that the EPA estimate says it's OK?

    @longtimelurker, which would you prefer? A restaurant hostess tells you it will be a 15 minute wait... would you rather be seated at 14 minutes or 30 minutes later? It's similar with mileage estimates except the manufacturer has more control and knowledge.
