I got an offer for a brand new 2016 honda odyssey touring elite with 10 miles for $40600 plus tax and license fees. Is it a good deal? I'm from Seattle, Washington.

Invoice is $42,031 and TMV is a few hundred bucks below invoice at $41,840, for a Wallingford zip.

So you have an excellent quote in hand that's almost $1,500 below invoice. You have to watch out for any additional dealer add-ons, but it sounds like you are good to go.

If you want to haggle more, the end of the month/Memorial Day sales is a good time to deal, so you could stall a bit, unless you have your heart set on a particular color or if your dealer's inventory is thin.

    Good luck!
