Lexus Certified Warranty

Can anyone confirm that Lexus changed its Certified Used Warranty January 2016? I bought an ES350 in late October, 2015 and received the first service (6 months, oil change, $200) for free. Lexus web site says first four are included with purchase. Trying to reconcile.

    New CPO program from Lexus is called L/ Certified. All certified vehickes get 4 free services and have warranty extended by 2 years (irregardless of miles).
