2000 RX 300 Locking System

Has anyone had non-functioning door locks in their vehicles. Also, driver side window button doesn't work. Window may or may not go up. Need to jiggle the window button to get it to work. I know of other Lexus owners who have had problems with door locks. Has this issue been addressed by Lexus? Otherwise I love my car. It still looks sharp and have been approached about selling it.
