Hi,

Package /Options - iPod/MP3 Input, Rear Air, Onboard Communications System, Dual Zone A/C, Keyless Start, BURL WALNUT WOOD TRIM, M SPORT, harman/kardon SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM. AND MORE!

Some of the other posters here will be better able to answer the value question - we do have a What's Your Car Worth tool that you can drill down with (BMW options are hard for me to figure).
Anyway, once you plug in your zip, options, color, miles, etc. you'll hit a page with trade-in, private party and retail prices. Then below that group of numbers you'll find a CPO price. That should be the average price paid in your area for a similar BMX.5 -

There should have been a CPO number beneath those numbers too. Like so:
And yeah, there's a pretty big spread between trade-in and retail, so hopefully the dealer will cooperate a bit.
Good luck!

Okay, so the dealer is about $900 above what we peg the price at.
There's lots of intangibles with used cars and dealers come up with all sorts of justifications for their pricing.
From our 100+ Tips for Used Car Shoppers:
39. Because dealers (and some private-party sellers) look at many different pricing guides, including Edmunds TMV, Kelley and NADA guides, your research won't match the sellers' prices to the dollar. Instead, use the guides as an approximation.
41. If you've decided to buy a lightly used car (one that's less than two years old), compare its price to that of a brand-new version. Because of rebates or end-of-season deals on new cars, the new car may be priced closely to the lightly used car you've picked out. Do your research on both.

Here is what i got -
Trade In- $22,981
Private Party - $25,221
Dealer - $27,091
That means i can negotiate it to atleast trade-in & private party prices.
