GPS Useless

The GPS in my Optima is close to useless, because it does not auto-complete. If I want to enter the address of my Kia dealer, I must type Rockville Centre, all 16 character, and then type Sunrise Highway, 15 characters. Using the $300 Garmin I purchased 6 years ago, I enter Rockv, and it suggests Rockville Centre, and then I type Sunr, and it suggests Sunrise Highway. Kia has a video showing how to use the GPS, which shows the unit auto-completing, but my GPS does not.
Does anyone else have that problem?

    Guess you should make a service appointment and show the video to the service writer when you arrive for the appointment.
