My Lincoln Aviator parking light stays on long after I turn the ignition off.

My battery goes dead after I noticed my parking light stays on for an extended period. Any solutions?

    Depending on how long the lights are staying on, they may or may not have anything to do with the battery dying.

    You can change the amount of time that the vehicle stays illuminated after you shut it off in the personality setups. Grab your owners manual and you will find the instructions. Another thing that typically extinguishes the lamps is locking the vehicle with the remote, but that can also be altered in the personality setups.
