My ABS, Trac Off and Service Engine light are all on, cause?

I was reading that going through water might mess up the ABS senor in the hub. If I replace one or both of these will that take care of the problem? I live in Texas had a bunch of rain and of course you cant miss all the puddles. I noticed the lights coming on after the puddle incidents. Could and will the hub replacement fix this problem?

    Can the service engine light have anything to do with the possible the hub assembly having to be replaced?
