Air compressor not working...

I have a 2001 lincoln continental...air ride pump went out replaced with another one...I can hear the relays clicking but no power to the pump...no air in the bags at all...can't drive the car because its sitting to low..I'm disabled and need this car to get to Drs.apts....somebody please help me with this.
