Prius will not register ready

Hey I am new to this. I have a 2007 toyota prius hybrid. I parked my car because my oxygen sensor went bad in it and i was scared it was gonna mess it up worst. So just a few months later i am here. i replace it and then ended up having to get a new 12 v battery because it wouldnt charge. I can get all the light on the inside to come on but it will not go to ready so i can drive it.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
