Cheapest way to buy a duplicate key for Altima

Hi,

Lost the extra key when someone stole my mom's purse at the mall. The other key was with me thankfully. What would be cheapest way to get another "intelligent key" now? Dealership said it would cost around $300. Is this typical? I have seen car key making kiosks in malls? Are they good enough?
