Replacing an ignition coil in a 2008 kia rio 5

when replacing an ignition coil pack in a 08 kia rio5 with a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder should the battery get disconnected? if so which terminal gets removed?

    It is not necessary to disconnect the battery to replace an ignition coil pack, just have the ignition turned off.
