Any evaluations for a lease offer on '16 AWD Highlander Limited, with MSRP of 47046 (Dealer of 43995), gross cap cost of $45,780 plus $2,725 of add ons, less $1100 cap reduction, for 51 month term, with 20k miles a year and MF of .00165 (pymnts $658.) and RVof $19,660, and where is room for negotiation, if any? Is the cap cost too high?

Your room for negotiating is lowering the sale price of this vehicle and buying added accessories at dealers invoice price not dealers MSRP price. If your $2750 in add on's is not wanted find another vehicle. If your dealer has a high doc fee charge compensate that charge by lowing price to make it a wash on the bill of sale .

Why would you lease a vehicle for 51 months? Your vehicle is only covered bumper to bumper 3yr 36k. A Trans problem , motor, a/c compressor / heat, window motors etc goes..... guess who fixes it ???
