Lease ending looking for next vehicle

So my lease is coming to an end on my Mercedes C250. It ends at the end of Oct, but my registration is due end of Sept and I don't see any reason to re-register the Mercedes if I'm turning it in 1 month later. So according to the registration I have until Oct 15th.

I've been driving my wife crazy the past 2 weeks looking at vehicles and test driving them. I've driven about 20 vehicles SUV's and Sedans to include
Mercedes GLC 300
Lexus RX 350
Acura RDX
Infiniti XC60
Mazda CX-5 & CX-9
Honda CR-V
Buick Envision
Hyundai Santa Fe Sport
Subaru Outback
Nissan Rogue & Murano Hybrid

Lincoln MKZ Hybrid
Ford Fusion Energi
Chevy Malibu Hybrid
Lexus ES300h
Toyota Camry Hybrid, Prius & Avalon Hybrid

As you can see the list is extensive but I've eliminated most of these.
I'm down to the following;
Mercedes GLC 300 - The problem with this is the residual value for the lease compared to other same price competitor. And I have to order a 2017 at this point and they have no clue on pricing. Plus the re-worked there packages. If I want the safety features I need to get premium package 4, which includes other options I don't want they on the 2016 I could build with-out.
Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Ultimate - For the price and the features it is very nice.
Lexus RX 350 - Again it's the cost of the features to compete with the Hyundai.
Lexus ES300h - The base of this model is about the same as the Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid, but it's lacking all the features. If I add these features it's about 7500 more than the Toyota. Does the cost of this luxury out weigh choosing the Avalon.

So looking for some advice, experience from current owners of these vehicles and your comments on them

Your list seems to leave out several good competitor brands like BMW and Audi. Are you shopping features or quality of vehicle?

One of my business colleagues did the same exact exercise comparing a loaded Avalon Hybird to a Lexus 300h. He bought the Avalon. Gotta say, if that kind of car interests you, it's a hard justification trying to make for the Lexus....unless the sterling dealer service means anything to you. Still, is the dealership experience worth THAT MUCH?

C&D just did nice write up on the Mazda CX9. In short, they liked it and said it could compete in the lux SUV/CUV field.

When Lincoln was running one of their promos (drive a new Lincoln, and keep it over night, they give a $100 gift card), I drove the MKZ. Not a bad car, at all. A little soft for my tastes. But, if you're into that "feel" (assuming you are if you have the Lexus on your shopping list), it does that as well as any other vehicle.
