Kia Sportage vs. Hyundai Tucson Transmissions

I realize these are sister cars, but I'm noticing a difference in the reviews regarding transmissions between the Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage. I can't find a difference in the specs. Does anyone know why this is happening or what the difference is? Thanks.

Could just be a matter of different computer programming to change the shift points (for mpg or performance or who knows).

And since these gizmos learn your style of driving your real world experience could be different than the initial factory settings indicate. Most all new cars have adaptive transmissions now.

A few people have noted a hesitation issue in Tuscons when starting off from a light in Eco mode (happened to the salesperson demo'ing one for me). I bet if enough people complained, Hyundai would flash the software to tweak the transmission..
