How do I troubleshoot when truck will not start. I have a 2004 sierra that will not start.

We've replaced the battery, still didn't start. We replaced what looked like a bad fuse, still didn't start. We replaced the starter, still didn't start. What if anything should we try next?

    When I turn the key it doesn't start, doesn't turnover, doesn't click, doesn't ding ding with the key in the ignition ...completely silent.
